Dr Matt Orr has worked with the London Borough of Havering for six years. We have always found his work to be of an extremely high standard and always completed within timescales. He is efficient and professional at all times.

Dr Orr has provided comprehensive medical advice and written reports of prospective and approved Foster Carers since 2009. Dr Orr has been our Medical Advisor for as long as we can remember! He is obviously a skilled medic but is also very knowledgeable about fostering.
