Currently, only fostering or adoption agencies can make bookings once a fee agreement is in place. Direct bookings from applicants are not accepted at this time, although we hope to offer this option in the future.

If an applicant arrives more than 15 minutes late, the full assessment fee will be charged, and the examination will not take place. A new appointment will need to be booked, incurring an additional fee.
