Dr Matt Orr has worked with the London Borough of Havering for six years. We have always found his work to be of an extremely high standard and always completed within timescales. He is efficient and professional at all times.

Dr Orr has provided comprehensive medical advice and written reports of prospective and approved Foster Carers since 2009. Dr Orr offers a friendly, efficient, professional service and is always flexible to our needs, often providing reports at short notice. He has, and continues to be a great asset to our Fostering Service.

We have continued to utilise the knowledge and experience of Dr Orr as our agency medical advisor. We always find him punctual and informative in all responses and a pleasure to work with.
