Medical Screening

In addition to our specialist fostering and adoption medical advisory work, Orr Medical provides high-quality medical screening services for organisations involved in childcare and safeguarding.

We currently deliver medical screening on behalf of Ofsted, supporting their regulatory role across a range of childcare settings. This includes applicants such as:

• Childminders
• Childminding assistants
• Child home carers
• Nominated individuals for registered childcare settings

Our screening process is designed to be efficient, thorough, and proportionate, ensuring that regulatory bodies and organisations receive clear, evidence-based medical advice to support safe and informed decision-making.
