For agencies that require faster service, we have the capacity to provide urgent reports, including a same-day service on most working days. While these expedited services come at a higher fee, they ensure that your agency can maintain swift assessment processes without delays.
To keep costs manageable and administrative tasks streamlined, we notify the referring agency if any further information is needed. The agency is responsible for obtaining this additional information, allowing us to focus on the core assessment work and minimizing expenses.
If any questions arise after the completed report is delivered, we handle them promptly to avoid disruptions in your process. However, the comprehensive detail in our reports means that follow-up questions are rare, contributing to smoother workflows for your agency.
