Flexible “Pay as You Go” Service
Additionally, we offer supplementary support during busy peak periods, such as after recruitment campaigns or times when the volume of assessments increases. Our goal is to help agencies maintain efficient assessment processes and keep the timeframe as short as possible, ensuring that children are placed with carers quickly and appropriately.
Secure Document Handling
All documentation must be exchanged using secure, encrypted formats only. If your agency does not have an encryption service set up, we can provide a secure link free of charge. Paper documents will only be accepted in exceptional cases with prior approval and must be sent via a secure method, such as special delivery.
Agency Responsibilities
The fostering or adoption agency is responsible for obtaining the completed AH or AH2 forms from the applicant and their GP, as well as covering the cost for these.
The agency is also responsible for obtaining any additional required information and associated costs. The medical adviser will provide a detailed list of what additional information is needed.
Additional Documentation Charges
Any additional documentation that needs to be reviewed such as medical records may incur an extra charge, depending on the complexity. Agencies will be informed of any potential additional costs before the report is completed.
Invoice Payment Policy
All invoices must be settled within the timeframe noted on the invoice. Consistent late payments may result in the suspension of service.
