Fostering or adoption agencies can book appointments through an accessible booking system that allows them to select a convenient time and venue for the applicant. Plans are underway to enable direct booking by applicants in the future. After the appointment, the completed medical form will be returned to the agency, and any medical records will be returned to the applicant or securely destroyed as requested.

Appointments will take approximately 40 minutes.
